Who are the Lady RAMS? Lady RAMS are members of the NEMS family. Lady RAMS Faculty members at NEMS serve as mentors to the Young Lady RAMS to help promote high self-esteem, high academic achievement, improve social skills, and encourage young leadies to become leaders.
