Role Models/Inspirations: Hall of fame college basketball coaches Don Haskins, Jimmy Valvano

*I consider my late grandfather my biggest inspiration because he is in a class of his own. As a decorated World War II veteran, he taught me the value of hard work, integrity, humbleness, sacrifice, and honor. My goal is to keep him proud of me as he looks down from heaven.

Favorite part of teaching: Helping students who want to help themselves.

Philosophy on teaching (a summary): Every student can learn and will learn if they and their teacher give 100% effort on all that we do.
