Tdap Vaccine Required for Rising Sixth-Graders

ATTENTION KIRKMAN PARK PARENTS, please note that your rising sixth-grader is required to have an updated Tdap vaccination before entering middle school if five or more years have passed since their last dose. Tdap is available at your family doctor’s office or by appointment at the Guilford County Department of Public Health offices. Call 336-641-3245 to schedule an appointment.
