As part of our school district's strategic plan, Jefferson's students are expected to demonstrate strong character by incorporating these traits into their daily lives: courage, integrity, kindness, perseverance, respect, responsibility and self-discipline.  In addition to character education, our students are immersed in civic education and service learning.  The Student Council   organizes several school-wide service projects for all students to participate in each year.  Together, character education, civic education and service learning empower our students to be successful both inside and outside the classroom.
