We will be leaving on our fieldtrip as close to 9 AM as possible on Tuesday morning.

For those students not attending the field trip, they will be participating in Mrs. Morefield's class and Mrs. Hill's class.

We will be returning to NWMS on Wednesday around 2 PM  I will have a check out sheet in my room so you can drive down to gather the overnight things when you pick up your child.

Students will wear their field trip tshirts the first day of their fieldtrip.

We will be giving out the activity group and cabin group assignments once we arrive at the campgrounds.  My class has been informed of only with whom from our AA are in their cabins.  They will find out the rest at camp!

If for some reason, you need to bring your child to the camp, or pick your child up at the camp, there are directions on their website.  This link is:  http://bjpenn4h.org/Directions%20to%20Camp.pdf

There is very little cell phone coverage.  The emergency number for the camp is: 336-349-9445

An emergency cell phone will be utilized for the teachers.  That number is:  336-501-0322

Your child may bring a hat and a water bottle for our busy, sunny, hot day.   However, don't forget to pack a sweatshirt and jeans for the projected cold morning. If you think your child is planning on showering, don't forget a towel!

If your child normally takes RX during the school day, we will pick it up and be responsible for that medication.  If your child needs medication and you have not completed a form, please download one from the website and bring it with the medicine in the morning.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks very much to our adult chaperones:
