| Hey, Mrs. R! Just checkin' up on things. 7th grade is still pretty cool (and we don't do foldables nearly as much LOL), but it still just isn't the same. Oh, guess what! I'm trying out for a solo at this festival we're going to for a chorus field trip on monday, then I'm trying out for All County Chorus on Tuesday. I'M SOOO NERVOUS! Did you go to the chorus concert to listen to us sing (Caroline and I are in Honors Chorus!) Anyways, I've gotta go practice, and study for the SAT's. goodie. lol. See ya later!;P |

| Mrs. Rickerts was an outstanding teacher while pregnant out to China with her son Seth in '92. I was in her 5th grade class at Fairsite Elementary in Galt, CA. This morning I was looking back on all of the amazing educators who inspired me to stretch myself academically. So, I did Google searches on several of my teachers from elementary school. I was not surprised in the least to find Mrs. Beth Rickerts still doing what she does best. Today I am 24 years old and nearly through with my studies as an English Education Major at Brigham Young University. Thank you Mrs. Rickerts for being one of the many educators that have inspired me to give back to others through the beautiful vocation of an educator. |

| OH MY GOSH!! I certainly hope that you people in Greensboro North Carolina know what you have there now! You have the MOST magnificent, outstanding, superbly talented teacher EVER created on Planet Earth. Wow---who knew that YOU GUYS would be the lucky ones!?? Mrs. R. is a unique person with unending talents, some yet to be tapped. You will not be able to find anyone with a bigger heart or better sense of humor. Her family is incredible, and her friends...well...they are something else. She used to be here in Tulsa for us to enjoy and we miss her terribly. So PLEASE, I implore all students and parents alike, to take very good care of her and her family. If you do, you are certain to have many fun and enlightening times ahead. Feed and water her daily, and make sure and laugh a lot around her. But most of all, relish in your time with her and learn everything you can around her. You are blessed to have this time with her!
