Be the change: Archer's students have experienced a great deal of growth. If students are going to achieve educational excellence, all school and district operations must be excellent as well. We are all being directly impacted by the state of our economy, and Archer Elementary is no exception. The challenging economic outlook means we have to do more with less. As such, we are working collaboratively with our employees, parents and our community to make the decisions that promote child-centeredness, leadership and excellence, which is reflected in our motto- Lead the Way! We are continually seeking new strategies to meet the needs of our diverse, economically challenged students. In addition, Archer has received several updates through the 2008 Bond Referendum, including a new Boiler/HVAC replacement in 2011.
