Welcome to Parent Assistant. Parent Assistant is an online data system that allows parents to access their children’s school information. A web browser allows parents to view:
□ Detailed attendance information □ Summary grade information (Report Card view, 3rd quarter) □ Credits Earned to Date (High School Only) □ Standardized Testing Information (Grade 3 – 5) □ Personal Demographic Information □ Emergency Contact Information
A secured password system allows only authorized individuals to access the information
If you are interested in using this system to access your student(s)’ information, please complete the Parent Assistant Registration process at https://pa.gcsnc.com. Upon completion, if you receive a “Registration Complete” screen, you have successfully registered. If you do not get the ‘Registration Complete” screen please allow up to fifteen (15) minutes for your user access account to be created. If a problem arises during the account set up process, you will be notified by email.
The information provided online must match the information you provided on the student’s Pupil Data Sheet and/or Enrollment Form.
Prior to logging on you will need the following: □ Computer □ Internet Access □ Email Address □ Student ID number □ Student School Name □ Student Grade Level
