Current Students can come into the counseling office to request transcripts.  Requests may not be made over the phone.  This is the form necessary to make your request.  Link

Student Records from 1999 through now are located at Southern Guilford High School. Fill out this form and fax it to the school.  Requests will usually be filled within one day. Link
