Dear Johnny,

I hear you have a big game coming up on Friday and I just wanted to join your many supporters by extending my best personal wishes to your staff and your team.  State Championships are remarkable accomplishments at any level and I know first hand just how much hard work your team and school has invested to be able to approach this remarkable opportunity to win back-to-back titles.
Let them know that despite all their hard work so far that their finest and most dedicated efforts on the field on Friday night will produce great results to add to the significant lifelong memories and feelings of accomplishment that they have truly earned.
The teamwork and camaraderie is something they will value and treasure throughout their challenges in life and I commend all of you for the dedication it takes to distinguish yourselves by being champions and making so many people in your families, your school and your community proud to be associated with those special efforts.
You have already distinguished yourselves at the highest level of high school football and I congratulate you on your two memorable seasons.
