We believe every student has the right to a superior education.  Students at Frazier Elementary soar into the 21st Century with the expectation of higher education, mastery of technological skills and the ability to think in a higher capacity.  Student’s creativity, intelligence, cultural differences, and individuality will be respected and nurtured.  Students will be surrounded by a positive and accepting learning community that fosters academic success.  Students, parents, faculty and staff will learn through service to create a culture of caring and excitement for lifelong learning.  Faculty and staff will lead by example to help create well rounded individuals and upstanding citizens ready to face the challenges of a rapidly changing society.
