The Guilford County Schools (GCS) District Relations
Department has been awarded nine national awards for outstanding
communication projects. The National School Public Relations Association
(NSPRA) recognizes the district for its production of both written and
electronic presentations as well as in-service training. The winning
entries range from an article penned for the American School Board
Journal to a video image spot heralding the attributes of GCS. The
winning GCS submissions were chosen from among more than 800 entries for
the competition from school districts across the country.
NSPRA is a professional association that provides training, services and resources for school district communication.
