 Welcome to Southwest Elementary! I am looking forward to meeting and working with all of our students and parents during the 2012/2013 school year. Over the past six years at SWE, I have met and worked with many of you and appreciate your support of our school, its teachers and most of all, your children as we work together to help them learn and grow. One of my major goals is for each child to have a safe and successful day at school every day. To help accomplish this, I ask that you take a few minutes to review our 2012/2013 Parent Student Handbook with your child. Note the title is "Parent/Student Handbook" as it contains important information for parents and students. I believe it will answer many of the questions you have regarding procedures, schedules, calendar, expectations and guidelines at our school You can contact me by phone at 819-2992 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on regular school days or stop by the school to discuss any concerns you may have.
