I am beginning my first year as Assistant Principal at Florence Elementary School.  My previous experience was as an Assistant Principal at Ferndale Middle School for five years and I began my educational career as an Elementary School Counselor in Randolph County Schools for seven years. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with my Masters in School Administration.

My hobbies include reading, athletics, and spending time with my family. I have a six year old son and a four year old daughter.  My wife is a third grade teacher in Randolph County Schools. I also enjoy visiting the mountains and completing yard work projects. I grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

I look forward to building a partnership with parents and teachers and assisting students as they develop into successful life long learners.
