Hello Cougar Family,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Kimberly Robertson, and I will be serving as Vandalia Elementary school’s new principal.  I am both honoured and excited to join the Cougar family.  I've heard many great things about this school and school community.

As principal, building solid relationships with my students and their families, staff members, and the communities we serve is of utmost importance. My goal is to be present throughout the building in an effort to get to know your children. I am here to help them be successful; therefore, I need to know them and be available to them.  In addition to building strong and meaningful relationships with all of you, I want you and your child to know that my door is always open.  I encourage you to contact your child’s teacher or myself if you ever have any questions or concerns.  Please do not hesitate to call or email me.

Our theme for the 2012-2013 school year is, "Oh, the Places you will go."  We believe our students are off to great places, and it is our duty to work together to support them and ensure their success this school year. They must reach the highest of heights!!
