Alderman’s Vision:

Our vision is that Alderman Elementary will be a learning community where all of our students excel academically and are prepared to be lifelong learners who serve as responsible citizens in our diverse society.

Alderman’s Mission:

The mission of our school community at Alderman Elementary is to cultivate 21st century lifelong learners who will perform on or above grade level in the Common Core standards with a focus on literacy and math.  We will use frequent assessments to drive effective instruction that is student centered and provides multiple opportunities for their improvement and enrichment.
