Welcome to Continuous Systems Improvement

Continuous Systems Improvement (CSI) is a quality management system that focuses on efficient systems performance and customer satisfaction. Students and schools are a  part of the school district. Parents and the community are the public school district’s customers. The purpose of implementing CSI in Guilford County School is to improve every service that the district offers to the schools and community. GCS believes that by making the district level staff more efficient, effective and responsive to customers, we will be able to be of greater service.

Improving student performance is not the job of school staff alone. It is the mission of every GCS employee. The superintendent takes this challenge very seriously.
