Summer Registration Information
Registration packets may be picked up Monday thru Thursday from 9am to 4pm.

REGISTRATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT. Please call 819-2992 and ask for Kathy during the month of June and Shelly during the month of July to schedule a registration time.

The following is required at time of registration: Certified Birth Certificate, Shot Record, Previous Report Card, Proof of Address.
