Registration
To register a child, parents need to provide the following items to their child's assigned school:
A certified copy of the child's birth certificate
Completed kindergarten health assessment form
A record of the child's immunizations (shots)
Proof of residence showing name and address
(i.e. electricity bill, rental agreement)
State law requires children to be 5 years old on or by Aug. 31 to enroll in kindergarten.
