Morehead Arts Academy offers a class in African Drumming. This class is open to 4th and 5th grade students on an audition only basis. This class uses the World Music Drumming Curriculum, published by Hal Leonard and authored by Will Schmid. The students learn authentic African Ensemble drum patterns and have many performance and sharing opportunities throughout the year.

This class meets every Friday from 2:30-2:30
