I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduating with a BS in Education from Oklahoma State University. (Go Cowboys!) and a M.ed in Currriculum/Instruction Math Education from the University of Texas, Arlington.
I have 3 children. Seth, a 2010 graduate of NWHS and junior at Appalachian State University majoring in Geology; Grace, a freshman at UNC Charlotte, majoring in business and Faith, an 8th grader at NWMS. We currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 bird rounding out our menagerie.
I have previously taught at Indian Springs Elementary in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and at Fairsite Elementary in the town of Galt, California.
Thank you for allowing me to share in your children's lives each and every day. It is my hope and prayer that each child that walks through my door is recognized for their individual gifts that they share with our class.
