 Reading...How Can I Help? Reading is an important daily activity. Your child should be reading and interacting with books every day. As you are reading with your child, take time to discuss the books that you are reading. Talk about the pictures and use the pictures to make predictions about the story. Who are the characters in the story? What is the setting? Work with your child to learn sight words. Read different types of books. I hope that you will make the public library one of your favorite places to visit and explore together. After you and your child have read together each day, don't forget to sign their Bobby Bobcat Reading Sheet!!! |
